I'm Sarah, a North Carolina wedding and portrait photographer who serves couples by providing a genuine and stress free experience. Thanks for stopping by!
Trevor and Matthew have been friends of mine for years! I am SO honored to photograph their wedding day! I met Matthew my freshman year of college while I was doing winter guard in WGI. He is the most outgoing, funny, and talented person I know! He met Trevor while on tour for DCI, and they have been together in Michigan ever since!
After Trevor proposed in Mexico, and with the looming restrictions from COVID-19, they decided on a destination elopement in Charleston, South Carolina! They had a beautiful and intimate White Point Gardens Charleston Elopement with their closest family and friends.
These two traveled all the way from Michigan for their wedding day, and it was so much fun to be with them again after doing their engagement photos last September!
Their morning December elopement started at the Mills House. This has always been one of my favorite locations in Charleston, it is perfect for portraits! After getting ready in their balcony suite, we made our way through downtown Charleston to White Point Gardens. There they met their family and friends for an emotional and heartfelt ceremony, sharing handwritten vows to one another.
Fun fact, Matthew’s parents were also married at White Point Gardens! It was so special for them to be back there to witness their son get married.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to Matthew and Trevor for letting me be a part of your wedding day! I am so excited to share some of my favorites with you all on the blog today!
