One of my favorite locations to suggest to my couples for engagement sessions is downtown Cary! It is such a cute and quaint little part of town, and there are so many beautiful places for photos. I was so happy that Delaney and David chose downtown Cary for their engagement session.

As a double bonus, these two are the absolute sweetest couple, AND this location was super close to their gym that David owns, CrossFit Brave.

We started their downtown Cary engagement session making our way down Academy Street. The lighting during the summer was beautiful, and there were plenty of trees with florals in bloom! At the end of Academy Street is a beautiful fountain and a white arch walkway that I especially love for portraits! At the other end of the street we ended in front of the Cary Theater.

Staying true to their personality and fun relationship, they asked if we could finish up their engagement session at their CrossFit gym! OF COURSE! Honestly, this whole concept was new to me and I was SO impressed by their strength and abilities.
