I’m so excited to share Sloan’s beautiful bridal portraits at The Farm at Union Valley and Lake Waccamaw with you all on the blog!! I absolutely loved getting to do these bridals for her!! We took these portraits in September, before her wedding day on November 20th. It always brings me so much joy to share bridals after the wedding day because they’ve been in hiding for so long!!!

Sloan and Hackney got married at The Farm at Union Valley in Whiteville. This beautiful southern estate home was the perfect place for their wedding day, and it’s beautiful for bridal portraits too! One of my favorite parts about this venue is the beautiful wrap around portraits. They make for beautiful and clean outdoor portraits with the perfect natural light setting.

After some bridal portraits at her wedding venue, we drove to her home on Lake Waccamaw to take some portraits near the water. I know these portraits meant a lot to her because it’s a sentimental place for her to take these portraits. Plus a nice bonus of taking portraits at your home is getting to include your dog!! This area is absolutely beautiful for photos! I love the all the Spanish moss and water views.
