Callie & Reece

These two are getting married this June and I am so excited to be their photographer!! I got to meet Callie and Reece for the first time this January at their engagement session! We met in downtown Raleigh at the Capitol Building for their winter engagement photos. It was a chilly day, but these two did so great and we were having so much fun we barely noticed!

Callie and Reece met in the marching band at NC State, and they both played the piccolo! They both are big state fans, love their family, and love the beach! Reece proposed to Callie at The Point in Emerald Isle where he was there waiting for her with roses. If you’ve never been to the Point, there is a cool spot where basically the tide rolls out and a sandbar leads into the ocean where you can walk out! Callie’s family was there and her dad is a professional photographer, so he got to capture the moment for them!

They are planning their perfect wedding day at Carolina Grove in Hillsborough this June, and I am so excited for their big day! It will be such a beautiful celebration for these two, and I can’t wait to see all their exciting plans come together!

For their engagement session, they opted for two different outfits. I love when couples choose to do two outfits because it adds so much variety to your full gallery, and albums! Their first outfit was a casual and fun date night look with neutral colors and pearls. Then we headed to the car for an outfit change into a purple dress outfit, which ties into their purple wedding colors!
