Ashley’s NCSU and Meredith Grad Session

Ashley got to take grad photos at two colleges! Ashley was one of my 2021 grads and she did a dual degree program with Meredith and NC State. She got a degree in Chemistry at Meredith, and Chemical Engineering at NC State! I’ve known Ashley for a few years now and I was SO excited to take her NCSU and Meredith grad photos!

Ashley is engaged to one of Spencer’s best friends, Foster! Spencer is my husband if you’re new around here, so the four of us get to hang out a lot! Fun fact, she got engaged the day before her grad photos!! That sparkly ring made a beautiful addition for her photos, and Foster even came to help out at her session. I got to snap some celebratory photos of the two of them too! I loved spending the evening at these campuses with the both of them. It’s always so fun taking photos for friends. Ashley and Foster are one of my Spring 2022 wedding couples, and I can’t wait for their wedding day this May at Virginia International Raceway!

We started out her grad session at Meredith College. Some of the most important spots to take portraits for her were at the amphitheater, in front of the fountain, and the engineering building! I love Meredith’s campus for portraits because there are so many great places to take photos around ever corner. There is a perfect blend of college campus sites within a close walking distance, and some smaller spots that give you a natural background.

After taking graduation photos at Meredith, we headed just down the street to the NCSU Bell Tower! I love this spot for portraits on campus. It’s also the most popular place for grads! I recommend getting to this location early for your grad photos, because there is normally a wait for a spot if it’s in prime grad season!

Congratulations on graduating from two amazing programs Ashley! You have accomplished so much, and even got an amazing job right out of school. I can’t wait for your bridal portraits next, and then your wedding day!!!
