Rebecca and Taylor

These two are tying the knot this fall at The Meadows in Raleigh. I am so excited for their wedding day! Rebecca and Taylor are the sweetest couple! We took their engagement photos in Raleigh this spring at the NC Museum of Art, and I loved getting to know them more!

Rebecca and Taylor and met while they were in the same department at school at NC State. (We love a wolfpack love story around here!!!) Then about five years later, Taylor proposed. They were on a summer trip to banner elk when he scheduled a full day of fun things for them to do. She had always wanted to take photos together, so he surprised Rebecca with a couples photoshoot! That’s when he popped the question, and it was the perfect surprise!

We did their engagement session this Spring at the NC Museum of Art Park in Raleigh. This is one of my favorite local places to do engagement photos because of all the variety, and beautiful greenery! The tall grass and light filtering through the trees is so beautiful at sunset. They had two different outfits for their session, and I love the bold rich colors they chose! They pop off the background and it was so pretty!

For their engagement session, we also had their wedding videographer, Jon Warlick Media, join us! This was my first time teaming up with a wedding video team for an engagement session! We had such a great time! I love working with Jon and his wife Zara at weddings, so I can’t wait for us to be together again!
