NCSU Senior Photos

I am sooo excited to share some highlights from Kemmia’s NC State University Senior photos on the blog with you! NCSU holds a special place in my heart, especially since two of my siblings have gone there, I’ve grown up here, and we enjoy many football games each year! I was so happy when Kem reached out about taking her senior photos on campus!

Since Kem is an absolute ROCKSTAR in school, she deserved some great photos to commemorate her time on campus and celebrate her graduation! She double majored in sociology and communication, and double minored in psychology and parks, recreation, and tourism management.

I loved getting to know her more at her session! She has big plans for the future. For now, she is going to be at NC State for one more year to get her master’s in Hospitality Leadership and Communication. Kem will graduate with her masters this December.

I asked her what one of her favorite memories from under grad was, and here is what she said:

“My favorite memory from State is the weekend of my 21st birthday. All my friends and I were dressed up for a western-themed formal–sparkly cowboy hats and boots–and then we went out to some bars afterward. We celebrated at midnight on the balcony of Hibernian Pub and it was amazing to be surrounded by all of the friendships that I had made at State. The next day we celebrated with a pajama party with spiked hot chocolate and cider. It was a weekend I’ll never forget!” This is such a fun memory she shared, and truly feels like what college life is all about outside the classroom, making friends and sharing good times!

Kemmia did a 2 hour portrait session at NC State in the fall for her senior photos. In general, here are some popular locations on NC State’s Campus that I recommend choosing from for senior photos!

• Around the Bell Tower
• The Court of North Carolina and 1911 building
• The Library
• The Wolf Statues or around Talley
• The Free Expression Tunnel
• The Football Stadium
