UNC Law School Grad Photos | Carrington

UNC Chapel Hill grad | Raleigh Senior Photographer | Chapel Hill Senior Photographer | Grad Photos at the Old Well

I am thrilled to share one of my favorite types of sessions on the blog – a grad photo session! Carrington commemorated her time at the UNC Law School with some grad photos around some of campus’ most iconic spots.

We took Carrington’s grad photos on campus at the end of March, which is SUCH an underrated time to take photos if you ask me! We were the only grads out taking photos, and the flowers were all starting to bloom on campus. She got them done early, and out of the way before finals. Now she has them early to send out announcements and more time to post them on social media! Early spring grad sessions are the BEST!

UNC Law School Grad Photos

We first stopped at the iconic Old Well, a very popular spot that almost every grad stops at for photos! This spot often gets lines up to an hour or more closer to graduation. I recommend early spring for sessions or doing them in the morning! We had some beautiful cloudy weather the day of her session. It made all the lighting even on campus for us!

Next, we ventured to the quad for some photos with the seal and South Building. The greenery on the quad was just starting to pop! We found the perfect pink magnolia tree in bloom for some photos! Photos with flowers are always a favorite of mine!

Carrington wore a striking blue suit that was so cute for her UNC Law school grad photos. She said she had it for awhile and was waiting for the perfect moment to wear it. It was so perfect for her grad photos considering her profession! And as a delightful contrast, she also wore a traditional white dress with her grad gown and carried pink flowers. I loved this addition to her session and it made for such cute photos.

So here’s to Carrington – a huge congratulations on her graduation from the UNC law school. She’s off to do big things and I’m so excited to see what’s next for her! View some of my favorite UNC Law School senior photos from her session below!
