I get asked so often – “is it okay if we bring our dog?” Of course!! I am a huge dog person and I loved getting to meet so many of my couples and families pups over the past year! I thought it would be a fun thing to start doing a recap each year, so here is our dogs of 2021 recap!
Thank you guys for including your pets in your photos! It always makes me so happy to meet them, play with them, and give you guys these photos to enjoy forever! I hope you guys enjoy this fun little recap to honor our favorite furry friends from 2021!
Starting off strong with the dog who obviously gets more photos than any one else, our sweet pup Harper! If you follow me on Instagram you’ve probably seen plenty of goofy photos of her, watched videos of her running around and playing, and followed her cancer story in 2021. She is the biggest sweetheart and we adore her! Every time I come home from a session with dogs though – she is the first one to know.
These two stood by their parents side on their intimate wedding day and did the best job! They were always camera ready!
They’re both named after vodka (love this)!! They are the sweetest pups who did a great job taking photos at their parents engagement session!
Finley was named after Carter-Finley at NC State for these NC State fans! He is such a good boy to his new brother!
This sweet guy got to take photos with Codi at her bridal portrait session! She more from her bridal portraits here!
Billy has the heart of a puppy and did a great job at his first fall photo session with Lauren and Nick!
She is THE chillest dog ever and I’m obsessed with her. Just look at that sweet face! I aspire to be more like Sophie.
She got to be a surprise part of her parents proposal in September!! She was so happy to be there and I loved getting to take these photos of them together to celebrate! View their proposal on the blog here!
Pearl and Maple and I go way back!!! I’ve been taking their family photos since 2018 and man they are the sweetest little furry friends. They literally are two peas in a pod!
Copper is such a good boy and did such a great job at Alex and Jordan’s engagement session at NC State! He even took liberty of rewarding himself with a biscuit he found haha.
This sweet girl was so excited to be a part of Rachel and Max’s engagement session at Eno River State Park! She is way braver than I am too because she has no fear of heights on tall swinging bridges!!
She was so excited to be a part of Seth’s senior photos at East Carrol Joyner Park! I’m so happy they included her so he will have these photos to remember forever!
Maeve and Alex had fall photos taken with their sweet pup Stella and just how cute is she!!! They even brought a dog helper from Rover to help at their session – which was the absolute best thing I have ever seen!
He got to be the dog of honor on Sloan and Hackney’s wedding day! He even tried to sneak down the aisle during the ceremony but someone in the last row distracted him!
She was so excited for engagement photos with Erin and Lewis this fall at East Carroll Joyner Park! She got lots of treats for being so good! Just look at that smile!
These two were so happy to be a part of family photos with their new brother. It makes me so happy they got a photo with their whole family together!!
These sweet siblings had so much energy after driving from Charlotte for some family photos. They got to explore the NC Museum of Art Park and get perfect Christmas card photos for their parents Erin and Dan!! Shout out to my husband Spencer for helping me out with these two! I love when he gets to come to sessions and meet my couples and their dogs!
