Andrew & Jessica

Jessica and Andrew are finally married!! She reached out to me right after they got engaged and I have been so excited for their beautiful wedding day at Shady Wagon Farm ever since! Fun fact, Jessica decided on her wedding venue and date based on the farmers almanac prediction, and when I was available! She knew she wanted to have me photograph her wedding day. What a DREAM! She has been the sweetest bride to work with and I am so excited that Jessica and Andrew are finally married!!

Andrew proposed to Jessica in August of 2021 at Hinnat Family Vineyards. It was a totally normal day until he completely surprised her by getting down on one knee! She said she was 100% surprised because she didn’t even dress for the occasion. They met for the first time at work and have been together ever since! Anyone who knows these two, knows that they are absolutely perfect for one another. They know how to be silly together, love one another, laugh together, and always have a great time.

In the days leading up to their wedding day, the weather channel was forecasting rain for their wedding day. Her farmers almanac prediction pulled through though, and the rain held off except for a light five minute shower right after their ceremony ended. It was such perfect timing, and the sun even came out for a beautiful sunset.

Some of my favorite moments from their Shady Wagon Farm wedding day to look for…

1. Jessica did a first look with her dad, and they both cried. This was so sweet to photograph! I know so many people have seen a first look with the father of the bride before, but this was also my first wedding where I got to photograph a mother of the groom first look with her son! They also both cried haha. So many sweet tears of joy from this beautiful wedding day!
2. Andrew’s face when he saw Jessica walking down the aisle for the first time.
3. Their absolute JOY walking back down the aisle after being pronounced husband and wife. Jessica yelled “We’re Married!!!!”
4. Their karaoke singing at the reception with inflatable colored microphones. This group was so much fun and you can tell they know how to have a good time!!!

Congratulations, Jessica and Andrew!!! I am SO happy for you both and I loved getting to capture your perfect wedding day at Shady Wagon Farm this Spring!
