Caroline’s Bridal Portraits

Caroline is one of my sweet summer 2022 brides and I’m so excited to share some of her beautiful Bridal Portraits at Carolina Grove with you!

Carolina Grove is a modern style barn venue that feels luxurious and light and airy for weddings. It’s nestled in the woods in Hillsborough, NC, and it’s one of my absolute favorite wedding venues in the Raleigh-Durham area! There are so many beautiful places to take portraits, and the staff are always a dream to work with. I always love getting to come back here!

Caroline had a beautiful A-line style wedding dress with a beautiful romantic texture all over. It was my favorite detail! She had a long cathedral style veil that went perfectly with her dress. As a personal touch on her wedding day, she wore earrings from her grandma, and had a family heirloom brooch pinned to her bouquet.

Bridal portraits are one of my favorite southern traditions. It’s a special dedicated time for getting portraits done before the wedding day, and they always make wonderful gifts for parents and grandparents. It’s also a great opportunity to do a trial run of your wedding day look! You can try out different jewelry, test out your hair and makeup, and make sure your dress fits the way you want.
