These two are the absolute sweetest couple, and I am so excited to share a snippet of their beautiful StateView hotel wedding day with you all on the blog!! Lindsey and Jason got married at her home church in Cary, NC on July 10th. She has grown up with her family going to this church, so it was so special that she was able to get married here!
They celebrated with a wedding reception at the StateView Hotel on NC State’s campus with their friends and family. What a fun group of people!! Lindsey and Jason met at NC State, and I already knew they were big fans! It was no surprise that they incorporated their favorite color red as a tribute to NC State throughout their wedding day.
Lindsey and Jason, I am so honored to have been a part of your special day! I have loved getting to meet your friends and families, celebrate with them, and capture these memories! Enjoy some of my favorites from the day!!
A StateView Hotel Wedding | Lindsey & Jason
Lindsey’s first look with her bridesmaids was one of my favorite moments from their wedding day. Her friends are so sweet and they were so excited to see her as a BRIDE! There were many tears shed and it was such a sweet part of their day.
Lindsey and Jason did a first look before their ceremony to see each other. They had some time carved out to spend together and get a few portraits taken too of course! I was smiling behind my camera the whole time watching these two!
After her first look with Jason, we pulled the groomsmen out to do a first look with the guys! This was my first time doing a first look with the groomsmen and it was so much fun. They were SO hype! Lindsey is very close with all of these guys and it was a fun way to start off the day.
The handkerchief tied around Lindsey’s bouquet is so special! I knew I had to take a photo of it! Jason’s parents bought a lace handkerchief for his future bride years ago when they were in Europe. Then, it was gifted to Lindsey for their wedding! It’s so sweet to think they’ve been thinking of her all this time.
After cutting their cake and a starting up the dance floor, we snuck away for a few sunset portraits during golden hour! They are some of my favorites from the whole day!

Wow. What a beautiful wedding!! Love the photos! You thoroughly captured their happiness. I am a relative of the bride…I believe my Mom and Lindsey Dad are cousins, big family.
