Emily & Sam

Emily and Sam are one of my 2022 couples and I am so excited for their wedding day this February at Seven Paths Manor! We got together in January for their winter engagement photos in Downtown Raleigh. I loved getting to meet them and of course their dog Grace!!! She was the sweetest and loved being the center of attention for photos! Spencer even came along for the fun and helped us out with Grace!

Downtown Raleigh is one of my favorite locations in the winter for sessions because there’s still greenery around the Capitol building, and there’s so much potential with buildings and architecture around the city! It was pretty chilly the day we took photos, but these two are total champs and braved the cold for these photos! At the end of their session we walked down Fayetteville Street to take a fun photo with big brick and wooden arches at Jimmy V’s. Sam said it reminded him of Harry Potter!

It was so great getting to spend time with these before their wedding day and get to know them more! I loved walking around downtown with them and hearing all about their upcoming wedding day! Be on the look out for their wedding day photos soon, they’re my next couple getting married!! 🙂
